A £20m plan has been launched to replace and update campus facilities at the Whittingham Road site.
The scheme builds on plans to replace the original Block 0 building on a phased basis.
Phase 1, comprising a new refectory and Health and Social Care teaching suite, was completed in 2009.
Remaining accommodation will be replaced over three years resulting in the College having the highest standards of accommodation in the area.
Accommodation planning will include a phased scheme to minimise any disruption to student programmes.

The scheme will involve landscaping and the demolition of buildings at the front of the campus together with the original teaching block.
Existing accommodation at Shenstone House and Whittingham site would also be refurbished to match these new standards.
This work will complete the campus development including the removal of all temporary classrooms.
Principal Keith Bate confirmed that this accommodation would replace existing facilities and there was no intention to grow accommodation at the Whittingham site.
"The College already has an excellent reputation for its high standards in the delivery of education and training," he said, "and the importance of putting in place the most modern and up to date facilities for students is a high priority.
